Take out the power plug on your Television set when not using it, or just cut T.V out completely, it may be a strain but these tiny steps will save you that extra buck.

Wait until food reaches room temperature to put in the refrigerator to save the fridge from having to cool itself down once more. Also take cold or frozen food out an extra few minutes before preparation or mealtime.
Tip 7:
Simple but effective. Make sure your car windows are all the way up before putting on your air conditioner in the car.
